Rocky Mountain’s Keller reinstated

Rocky Mountain College women’s basketball head coach Wes Keller has been reinstated following his suspension according to a release from the college. Keller was placed on leave in early February after “some players objected to what they perceive is an abrasive coaching style.”

Rocky Mountain President Bob Wilmouth said; “I am just so pleased that Wes Keller is back as being the head women’s basketball coach. He added in an interview with 406mtsports.com, “We have complete confidence that coach Keller is the right leader for our women’s basketball program.”

The Battlin’ Bears went 0-2 in Keller’s absence, and were missing eight players who chose not to practice or play during Keller’s absence as a show of solidarity with their coach according to the 406mtsports.com report.
