JUCO DIRT: North Idaho College set to name new Head WBB Coach

I have heard from great sources that North Idaho College will hire George Swanson as their new head women’s basketball coach.

Swanson has spent the past eight seasons as an assistant with the men’s program at NIC. During his time on head coach Corey Symons staff, the Cardinals have put together a 193-33 record, including a 20-7 (14-2) mark this past year. Swanson is the former head coach at Grays Harbor College, and has also been an assistant at Hardin Simmons University, and Pierce College.

An official announcement is expected this week.
