| Description: | Northwest Kansas Technical College is seeking a head coach for the women’s basketball team. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruiting, scheduling, eligibility, budgeting, fundraising, travel, and practice plans. Coach shall teach and train students in skills and strategies related to competition, mentor and maintain discipline of student athletes, and ensure their academic progress. Coach must represent Northwest Tech and the basketball program in a professional manner, while enforcing college, NJCAA, and KJCAA guidelines governing the sport. |
