Caldwell University invites applications for a full-time Head Women’s Basketball Coach/Assistant Director, Athletics. Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Athletics, the Assistant Director is responsible for supporting the department’s commitment to the development of the total student-athlete through a balance of excellence in both academics and athletics. The Head Coach is responsible for directing a tier one sports program, supervising and overseeing all activities of the coaching staff and team while communicating and integrating the mission of the University and the philosophy of the Athletics Department into the program.
