The Director of Women’s Basketball Operations is a full-time, 10-month position. The Director will manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the women’s basketball program, working closely with the coaches, student-athletes, and colleagues in the Department of Athletics & Physical Education. The Director will be fully engaged in all aspects of women’s basketball operations, including budget development and monitoring, purchasing and expense reimbursements, scheduling and travel planning, video editing, recruiting support, community engagement, special events, student-athlete support, and other duties as assigned by the head coach in support of the women’s basketball program. The Director will serve as liaison to several department units including compliance, athletics communications, facilities, event management, equipment operations, student-athlete services, marketing, ticket office, and finance. The Director will manage the administrative affairs of the women’s basketball program to allow the coaches to focus more fully on coaching and recruiting.

This position requires extensive evening and weekend work and frequent travel during the basketball season. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
