College of Saint Mary announces resignation of Women’s Basketball Coach Natalie Miller

College of Saint Mary announces that Natalie Miller has resigned her position as head basketball coach with the school.

Miller led the Flames program for two seasons, compiling a record of 5-51. Prior to that, she had been the head coach for two seasons at NCAA Division III Beloit College in Beloit, Wis. She also had held positions in the women’s basketball programs at NAIA Concordia (Mich.) University and the University of Texas at Dallas, an NCAA Division III program.

“We would like to thank Coach Miller for her leadership and service to our program, and we wish her the best of luck in the next step on her journey,” CSM Director of Athletics Robbie Shay said.

A national search is underway for Miller’s successor, Shay said.

CSM is a member of the Great Plains Athletic Conference, which features 12 members for women’s basketball.

In the final regular-season national poll, the GPAC had three teams in the top 25 and two others who were receiving votes. Four of the past eight national champions have come from the GPAC.
