Idaho State Women’s Basketball has announced the addition of Patrick Bowlin to the Bengal coaching staff for the 2024-25 season.
Patrick comes to the Bengals after most recently serving as an assistant coach at Green Bay.
“Our program has received a major boost with the addition of Patrick. He is bringing in a wealth of coaching experience and has worked under great mentors. I look forward to working with him as well as learning from him,” remarked Head Coach Seton Sobolewski.
Bowlin began his first season as the Assistant Coach for the Green Bay women’s basketball program after spending the previous two seasons as the Director of Operations. At Green Bay Bowlin assisted the program with all of the day-to-day operations, including player management, program operations, assisting in the setup of on-campus recruiting, and coordinating official and unofficial visits for potential recruits. He also assisted in all team travel operations, equipment ordering, and working with the student-athletes on their professional development.
Bowlin spent four years as a head coach for girls’ basketball at Rogers High School and Totino-Grace High School in Minnesota. He spent time at St. Thomas as an assistant volleyball coach from 2016-2019. Bowlin also spent time as the head softball coach at Cretin-Derham Hall, where he led the team to an MSHSL Section Championship in 2021.
