Responsible for coaching and assisting administratively, with camps, scouting, and recruitment of student- athletes. Monitor the academic progress and eligibility status of student-athletes. Maintains equipment, participates in fund raising and public relation activities and with special projects as assigned by the Head Coach.

Responsibilities:
- Coaching games and practices to include: team instruction and game planning during the championship segment, individual skill instruction during the non-championship segment, youth instruction in summer camps and clinics, practice preparation , scouting and film review.
- Skill evaluation and recruitment of college-bound student-athletes
- Monitoring and ensuring the academic progress and ongoing eligibility of currently enrolled student-athletes
- General administrative task and public relations activities as assigned by the head coach

Necessary Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Prior collegiate basketball playing or coaching experience
- Ability to pass NCAA Recruiting test annually is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree preferred
- Prior success at the NCAA DII basketball level as a player or a coach.
- Prior professional experience as a player or coach in the sport of basketball.
- Knowledge of NCAA Regulations is preferred.
