It sounds like the search to replace Brandon Schneider at Stephen F. Austin is about to wrap-up. A great source has told me that West Texas A&M head coach Mark Kellogg is the leader, and could be named as the head coach in the next few days. Schneider has had a great two-year run at West Texas A&M – he led his team to the NCA DII Elite this past season after advancing to the NCAA DII National Championship game in 2013-14. In his two years with the Lady Buffs, he has compiled a 62-6 record. Kellogg has also been the head coach at Fort Lewis and Northwest Missouri State. He is in the hunt to replace Schnieder who became the head coach at Kansas earlier this spring. More on this as I hear it.
