Missouri Women’s Basketball (18-7, 7-4) cruised to a 69-46 victory over Vanderbilt (6-17, 1-9) on Sunday afternoon at Mizzou Arena. With the win, head coach Robin Pingeton recorded her 500th career victory as the Tiger improved to 6-0 at Mizzou in SEC play. She now has 165 victories during her seven plus seasons at Missouri.
Mizzou’s Pingeton Agrees to New Five-Year Contract
Mizzou Women’s Basketball Head Coach has agreed to a new five-year contract that will keep her on the sidelines through the 2019-20 season. Pingeton’s new agreement includes a base salary of $300,000 and runs through April 30, 2020. “We are excited to announce a new contract for Coach Pingeton,” Director of Athletics Mack Rhoades said.
