Eastern Illinois women’s basketball head coach Matt Bollant has announced the hiring of Jasmine Cincore as an assistant coach and Panthers recruiting coordinator. Cincore comes to EIU following two seasons at Rogers State where she helped in all areas of program development including recruitment of high school, junior college and international players. Her first collegiate
