Muhlenberg’s Ron Rohn Wins 300th Career Game

Muhlenberg College head coach Ron Rohn reached the 300-win milestone in the Mules 62-35 victory over Haverford earlier this week. In his 15th season at MC, he becomes just the second coach in College history to win 300 games in one sport, Rohn has a career record of 300-102 for a winning percentage of .746 – the best for any basketball coach in Centennial Conference history.

Rohn has coached the Mules to many program milestones, including their first national top-10 ranking and 20-win season in 2001-02, a school- and CC-record 26 wins in both 2005-06 and 2008-09, their first All-Americans, their first Jostens Trophy (Division III player of the year) finalist, their first appearances in the Division III “Sweet 16” in 2008-09 and 2010-11 and their first at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament in 2009-10.

Twice during his tenure, Rohn was named Mid-Atlantic Region coach of the year (2006 and 2009). In the latter year, Muhlenberg became the first team in CC history to go undefeated through the league’s regular season and postseason.
