Marian University Hires Assistant

Marian University Head Women’s Basketball Coach Lyndsay Seewald is excited to announce the addition of Christine Keller to the women’s basketball staff.

“I’m very excited to have Christine on staff,” Seewald said. “Her experience and knowledge of the game goes way beyond my own. She will be an integral and priceless piece to the new culture and I feel blessed to have such a passionate individual coaching alongside me at Marian.”

Keller has an extensive coaching and playing career. For the past two years she was the head varsity girl’s basketball coach at Greendale High School. For the past year she also coached the Wisconsin Rap, an AAU basketball team based out of Milwaukee.

“I couldn’t be more thrilled to join the women’s basketball staff at Marian University,” commented Keller. “I’m excited to coach along side someone who holds the same values and love for the game as I do.”

Keller previously worked as an assistant coach at Pius XI High School in Milwaukee and was an assistant coach at Lake Forest College, where she assisted in recruiting, scouting and organizing practices.

Keller played collegiately at UW-Milwaukee and graduated in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in human resource management.
