The University of the Southwest, an NAIA intercollegiate athletic program and a proud member of the Red River Athletic Conference, announces an immediate opening for the position of Head Women’s Basketball Coach. USW is currently the fastest growing intercollegiate athletic program in the nation as 10 sport programs have been added in the past 3 years with the athletic department currently sponsoring 19 intercollegiate athletic teams. This position will be responsible for the organization, development and direction of the USW Women’s Basketball team according to the goals and objectives of an NAIA Division I intercollegiate athletic program at the local, regional and national level. This position reports directly to the Vice President for Institutional Development & Director of Intercollegiate Athletics and serves on the Athletic Department’s Coaches Council.
