Responsible for the recruitment of players as directed by the Athletics Director and consistent with NJCAA rules and regulations.

• Implement instructional practice opportunities for student-athletes.
• Organize, Administer and Implement the Women’s Basketball Program.
• Responsible for scouting opposing teams and supervising games.
• Monitoring academic progress of student-athletes monthly to insure retention of athletes.
• Develop pre-season conditioning program for student-athletes.
• Promote activities for the program.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Athletics Director.
