Midway University is actively seeking applicants for our Head Women’s Basketball Coach. The Head Coach is primarily responsible for the successful development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the women’s basketball program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, training and coaching the student-athletes, recruiting quality women’s basketball student-athletes that fit with Midway University, scheduling, budget management, and overall administration of a collegiate basketball program in accordance with NAIA, River States Conference, and University rules and procedures. Credentials should reflect proven success or ability in coaching, recruiting, and working with student-athletes in a demanding academic environment.

Head Coaches are asked to perform additional duties for the betterment of the Athletics Department and University. It is expected that the coach fulfills these duties with the same effort they would put into coaching their respective sport.
