Mount Marty College, a NAIA Division II institution, is accepting applications for the position of Women’s Basketball Graduate Assistant. This 9 month position includes a partial tuition waiver and a yearly stipend. The person hired for this position will be a Varsity Assistant Coach and will be involved with the Junior Varsity program as well. Duties may include, but not be limited to, helping organizing and executing daily practice plans, recruitment of potential student athletes, scouting, game planning, in-game coaching and adjustments, scheduling, handling travel arrangements, program administration, helping with all aspects of running a collegiate program, and other duties as assigned by head coach. The successful candidate will have a knowledge and commitment to compliance with all NAIA, Great Plains Athletic Conference, and Mount Marty College rules and regulations as well as a commitment to the full academic development of the student-athlete.  To be eligible for this position the candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree and be accepted into the Master’s program at Mount Marty College.
