Description:	Ave Maria University is a small private catholic institution located in Ave Maria, Florida, about 30 minutes outside of Naples, Florida. Our University has approximately 1,300 students enrolled with 30 majors and 27 minors. Job Duties: Will assist head coach with various aspects of the women’s basketball varsity program including but not limited to practices, player development, recruiting and community engagement and perform other duties as assigned. Additionally, this position will be the head Varsity Reserve coach who will oversee and manage the Varsity Reserve program with assistance & training. The coach will direct practices, skill development sessions, academic monitoring, travel, and the scheduling of games. The coach will also assist in the coordination of fundraising and perform other duties as assigned related to overseeing and managing the Women’s Basketball program. Graduate Assistant School – Ave Maria University Position – Varsity Assistant Coach/JV Head Coach Position Type – Part-Time Salary – $2K + 20% Tuition Assistance Organization – NAIA Ave Maria University is a small private catholic institution located in Ave Maria, Florida, about 30 minutes outside of Naples, Florida. Our University has approximately 1,300 students enrolled with 30 majors and 27 minors. Job Duties: Graduate Assistant will take the lead as a recruiting coordinator. Conduct individual, small group workouts, and on-court coaching. Additionally, will assist in program scouting, game planning, oversee academic progress of student athletes and administration duties and office work.
