Will assist the head coach in all aspects of
the program including, but not limited to: recruitment and retention of quality student-athletes, on-court coaching and player development, travel, fundraising, scouting and film breakdown, player academics, summer camp operations and other duties assigned by the head coach and/or athletic department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree required.
Playing and/or coaching experience required, preferably at the collegiate level.
Knowledge of and commitment to NCAA rules, MIAA rules and rules and policies of Olivet College.
Valid driver’s license and ability to establish driver eligibility under the College’s driving policy. Subject to a background check.

Demonstrated ability to recruit and retain  quality student athletes. Successful college recruitment experience. Demonstrated excellence in player development.  Experience in student-athlete academic support. Experience in sport camp/clinic development, administration.
