Jonathan Tsipis has resigned as coach of the George Washington women’s basketball team, and is expected to be named as the new head coach at Wisconsin.  Tsipsis, who just completed his fourth season at GW, has compiled a 92-38 record including the past two A-10 regular season and conference championships.  He would replace Bobbie Kelsey who was released back on March 4th.

The hiring is expected to be made official after the Wisconsin Board of Regents meeting tomorrow.
