I can confirm that Shanna Thompson is no longer the women’s basketball head coach at D3 Earlham College (IN). Thompson was hired back in 2021 following a stint as an assistant at Illinois College. During her time at EC, Thompson went 3-41 (.068) including 2-21 this past season. An official announcement is expected shortly.
