About the Camp

The Winter 2025 Girls International Basketball Camp is a two-week program split between Washington, D.C. and Phoenix, Arizona, showcasing top international players from Australia. The camp emphasizes skill development, competition, and exposure to U.S. basketball culture. Program runs from December 8th through 22nd, 2025.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Head Coach to lead the Girls camp. The Head Coach will design and direct training sessions, oversee competition, and mentor athletes throughout the camp.

Responsibilities

• Run daily practices, skill workouts, and competitive games.
• Provide player feedback and evaluations.
• Supervise athletes on and off the court, ensuring safety and professionalism.
• Drive the team van as needed for camp activities.
• Represent Recruiting Boost in all external interactions.

Qualifications

• Former college basketball coach preferred.
• Strong coaching background with proven player development experience.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Available for the full camp duration (December 8–22, 2025).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.

Compensation & Perks

• $2,000 stipend.
