This position is a full-time 12-month full benefits position in the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics.

Duties and Responsibilities: Aid the head women’s basketball coach in conducting practice sessions, scouting, and game preparation, Assist the head coach in all aspects of recruiting, Assist with the coordination of scheduling, travel, and other duties assigned by the head coach or athletic director.

Responsible for compliance with policies and procedures of the University, Great American Conference (GAC), NCAA and other regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
• Previous playing or coaching experience preferred.
• Leadership experience required.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
