Description: College of Saint Mary is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Women’s Basketball Coach with all aspects of the Women’s Basketball program.

Minimum Qualifications: Candidates should possess a thorough knowledge of basketball, a strong understanding of coaching principles and training techniques, and proven experience in fostering student-athlete growth

Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a student athlete at the collegiate level. Demonstrated ability and success in identifying and recruiting student athletes.

Responsibilities: Oversee all activities involving student-athletes; offer professional guidance and support to student-athletes; recruit student-athletes who align with College of Saint Mary admission standards to meet roster targets and build a competitive team; adhere to all NAIA and Great Plains Athletic Conference regulations and policies.

This is a part-time position with expected pay between $10,000-14,000.
