This is a full-time position responsible for assisting the head coach with all phases of the women’s basketball program in a manner compatible with department and University philosophies.

• Assist the head coach in the following primary responsibilities:

• • Recruitment of prospective student athletes.

• • Coaching, mentoring, and retaining student athletes.

• • In-season practice and game planning; out of season conditioning.

• • Compliance with NCAA Division II, GLVC, and University rules and regulations.

• • Team travel arrangements.

• • Filming/game tape exchange.

• Additional secondary responsibilities may include:

• • Grant-in-aid recommendations.

• • Academic integrity.

• • Alumni, community, and media relations; fundraising; camps.

• • Other duties as assigned.
