The University of North Carolina Greensboro Athletics Department is seeking to  hire a skilled and talented Director of Operations, Women’s Basketball. Under the direction of  the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, the Director of Operations will be responsible for all  logistical, operational, and administrative aspects of the Women’s Basketball Program.

Job Description 

The scope of responsibility duties will include but not limited to: 

• Coordinate Team Travel – hotels, buses, meals, shoot around/practice times, travel itineraries
• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day schedule and managing the team calendar • Oversee summer camp registration, promotions, mailings, camp equipment and camper  database.
• Serve as Business Office liaison, submit and track expense reports, travel paperwork,  and keep track of the budget
• Coordinate team development events and volunteering activities
• Serve as liaison to all department areas within UNCG athletics
• Supervise team managers, practice players, and graduate assistants
• Other duties as assigned by the head coach
