Reporting to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, the Director of Player Personnel is responsible for preparing student-athletes for personal, academic, and athletic development success. This position will be primarily responsible for oversight of the day-to-day personnel matters of student-athletes, assisting in planning weekly and monthly practices, class, and study hall hours, and assisting with all on-campus recruiting activities. Director of Player Personnel will perform other duties as assigned by Head Women’s Basketball Coach.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree. Two or more years related experience. Knowledge of NCAA and Conference Regulations.  An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred:

*Master’s degree.

*Previous experience with a Division 1-A Women’s Basketball program.
