The director of basketball operations assists the head women’s basketball coach in running certain aspects of the women’s basketball program. The position requires a commitment to compliance and academics leading to graduation of student-athletes. The position requires active involvement in the community for fundraising purposes.

What You’ll Do – Position Duties

As a member of our team, you will have an impact on our clients through accomplishment of the following responsibilities:

1. Responsible for overseeing certain aspects of the operations of the women’s basketball department.
2. Assists the head women’s basketball coach with team and recruiting travel.
3. Assists the head women’s basketball coach with procurement and inventory of equipment.
4. Assists the head women’s basketball coach with scheduling of high school and junior college official visits.
5. Serves as liaison for high school and junior college coaches.
6. Oversees all aspects of team travel including scheduling of hotels, busses, and meals during the trip.
7. Actively participates in fundraising and development along with the Head Coach and Athletics Director.
