Provide support and positive energy to the women’s basketball program through various responsibilities, including:

• Maintain professional relationships with the players
• Collaborate with Assistant Coach on team management and travel
• Assist with recruiting
• Assist with summer camps
• Work with assistant on projects such as: social media posts, graphics, photography, videography, photo and video editing, and mailings. Previous experience not required, a willingness to learn is vital.
• Oversight of basketball equipment and gear
• Serve as video coordinator
• Willingness to participate in and oversee skill workouts
• Coordinate student-athlete community service
• Oversee team managers and scout players
• Eagerness to gain valuable insight and knowledge in all aspects of our basketball program with the ultimate goal of becoming a college basketball coach
  • Would also be interested in those who are looking at building their resume from a sports marketing perspective, not just coaching

Qualifications: Bachelors Degree required

The part time assistant position will receive a $10,000 stipend plus an additional 3 graduate credits per semester if interested in graduate school.
