Mercyhurst University plays in the PSAC (D2) and is located in Erie, PA. We are looking for a highly motivated and hardworking individual that wants to help build a nationally competitive program. The position starts in August of 2021. The stipend is $7500 in addition to a 100% tuition waiver. Tuition waiver does not cover fees, housing or meals. The student must maintain satisfactory academic progress: 3.0 GPA at a 75% completion rate.

Duties assigned:

1. Player development and practice planning with specific position groups
2. Travel logistics including meals, laundry and scheduling film rooms / practice and shoot around times
3. Recruiting mailouts, running social media, organizing / communicating on and off campus recruiting activities
4. Academic progress monitoring
5. Other duties as assigned including, but not limited to; film breakdowns, fundraising / camps, community service, other miscellaneous duties associated with running a highly competitive D2 program
