Reporting to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, the Assistant Coach/Director of Operations will assist with the recruitment, development and skill instruction of qualified student-athletics. The Assistant Coach/Director of Operations will also assist with practice, game preparation and in game instruction. The Assistant Coach/Director of Operations will direct the organization and supervision of all logistical aspects of the Women’s Basketball Team, including scheduling, facilities, travel, meals, equipment and overall budget control. The Assistant Coach/Director of Operations will direct and supervise graduate manager(s) and managers. All of this will be done within the parameters designated by the university, the ASUN Conference and the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
