Recruiting Boost is an athletic college placement service founded by a former college basketball coach. We rely on calls, texts and social media to get our clients directly in front of college coaches. No cold emails, databases or profiles.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with college coaches of all levels on their recruiting needs for the next 3 classes & keep documentation of those needs
• Present Recruiting Boost WBB clients to appropriate level coaching staffs
• Walk clients through the recruiting process including film evaluation, placement, advice/mentorship
• Update families on weekly or bi-weekly process depending on their package
• Represent Recruiting Boost with a professional, friendly demeanor
• Provide weekly documentation and updates on all client activity and any updates on college coaches’ needs
• Uphold and promote company reputation
• This position is not responsible for any sales, only college placement.

Qualifications:

• Previous WBB college basketball coaching experience (5+ years)
• Ability to accurately evaluate talent for specific levels
• Self-starter
• Bachelors Degree
• Detail oriented
• Social media savvy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
