Assists the Head Women’s Basketball Coach to direct a competitive NCAA Division I program in accordance with the University, Conference USA, and NCAA rules and procedures; specific duties as assigned by the head coach; recruitment and development of student-athletes, as well as a commitment to student-athletes personal and academic welfare; commitment to gender and ethnic diversity; participation in marketing, fund-raising, public relations, and media relations activities.
