The Athletic Department at Dean College is currently searching for candidates to fill the coaching position of Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach. The budgeted salary for this position is $4,800.00.

This position will report to the Head Women’s Basketball Coach and the Director of Athletics. This position is involved in all aspects of running a competitive women’s basketball program, including but not limited to: identifying and recruiting successful student-athletes, skill development during practices and games, scouting and game film, and other duties as assigned. Additional qualifications include communication skills, ability to motivate, and counsel student-athletes effectively as well as being self-motivated, positive, energetic, and a willingness to travel.

This position is a part-time appointment, requiring a commitment to the Division III philosophy. Additionally, compliance with all NCAA, NECC, and Dean College rules and regulations is required.
