| Description: | This position is responsible for the filming of all team practices and games, the utilization of the computer software Hudl/Synergy/NBA Website and providing game film to WNBA game officials and opposing teams. This position will serve as support to the Los Angeles Sparks Basketball Operations Department.

Based: Los Angeles, CA
Reporting To: Coaching Staff and Executive Vice President / General Manager Length of Employment: 2019 WNBA Season (April to October) Duties and Responsibilities:
• Films team practices and edits for coaches for breakdown and study purposes • Assist LA Sparks staff and provides scouting film in advance • Edits game film of all opponents for coaching staff to review with team, scouting and play calls • Live Capture and breakdown of all home games • Post-Game edits, highlight videos and teaching film • Upload / Download all game film on Hudl/Synergy/NBA Website • Provide game films to WNBA game officials / opposing team per WNBA policy • Set-up / Breakdown of all video equipment after each practice and game • Maintains equipment and supplies • Other duties as assigned by coaching staff and team management personnel Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Knowledge of video editing software Hudl/Synergy • Ability to operate Synergy/NBA Website promptly per WNBA rules • Highly proficient in film edits and video highlight reel creation • Ability to successfully multi-task • Ability to work efficiently under pressure • Ability to work well with others Special Requirements:
Will need to have reliable transportation
Includes night and weekend hours for practices and games |
