| Description: | The Division of Athletics invites applications for the position as Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach. • Assist the Head Coach as needed. • Assist with team travel paperwork. • Counsel and mentor student-athletes throughout the academic year. • Assist with scouting, budgeting, fundraising, community activities and promotions. • Assist with camps and clinic activities, and all other duties assigned. • The position requires extended periods of standing and physical movement during practice sessions, extensive travel throughout the season and recruiting periods, and extended work hours. • Assist in ensuring that the team follows the directions and mission of the Division of Athletics, University, SWAC and NCAA. • Must adhere to all policies, procedures, rules, and regulations of the University, the Southwestern Athletic Conference, and the NCAA. • Perform other duties as assigned. |
