The video coordinator will be responsible for all video and technology duties related to the women’s basketball program. Specific duties include filming or ensuring the filming of all games and practices, video edit and review, film exchange, assisting coaches with scouting/game preparation, serving as point person for head/assistant coach technology issues, participating in permissible aspects of recruiting, capturing and analyzing data, and certain compliance functions. The video coordinator will also shoot and edit team-specific or event highlight video packages, in addition to create graphics and maintain social media platforms on behalf of the program. Position will also help with the planning and execution of summer camps.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required. Must be able to multi-task; strong interpersonal skills; strong communication skills, both written and verbal; basketball playing and/or coaching experience and a thorough understanding of the game; strong technology/graphic design skills. Working knowledge of Sports Code, XOS, Synergy, Fast Draw, Fast Scout, EzXchanges, PhotoShop and/or Illustrator. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations as they relate to womens basketball. The individual in this position must be able to work with minimal direction, and must be extremely effective at communication with internal and external constituents.
