Hamilton College is seeking applications for the position of Head Coach of Women’s Basketball and Instructor/Assistant Professor of Physical Education to begin on July 1, 2018. Responsibilities of this full-time faculty position include directing all aspects of the women’s program: coaching, recruitment, hiring and supervision of assistant coaches, scheduling, budget and roster management, equipment purchasing and maintenance, and travel planning. In addition to coaching, responsibilities include teaching classes in the Physical Education program and completing administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Director.

We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate their experience in teaching or working with diverse student populations. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or other terminal degree in hand or to be completed within 3 years. Successful college coaching experience is strongly preferred.
