The Athletics Department is seeking to hire a skilled and talented Director of Operations, Women’s Basketball coach. Under the direction of the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, the Director of Operations will be responsible for all logistical, operational, and administrative aspects of the Women’s Basketball Program. The scope of responsibility duties will include but not limited to,

• Serve as a liaison between Head Coach, Assistant Coaches, Student-Athletes and the Athletic Department Administration
• Oversee all team and coaches travel arrangements for away competition and recruiting
• Develop itineraries for away competition and determine travel budget for the season
• Manage and maintain expenses
• Assist in recruitment, organizing visits
• Pre-game event preparation
• Coordinate and supervise home game day operations which includes venue set-up, security personnel for team, team transportation, meals, officials, manage tickets for coaches, recruits, and player guest
• Responsible for all video analysis and editing for players and coaches, practices/post game, scouting of opponents, and film exchange with opponents
• Serve as liaison with the Business Office, Marketing and Sports Communications departments
• Oversee summer camp registration, promotions, mailings, camp equipment and camper date base
• Supervise team managers, graduate assistants and volunteers
• Perform other duties as assigned by Head Coach or Associate AD/SWA
