Assist the Head Coach with all aspects of the Women’s Basketball Program.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. Three or more years as a competitive player or experience in basketball coaching
3. Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check and driving record check.
4. Must be a people-oriented individual, have good communication skills, and the ability to work with a diverse group of people.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in an NCAA Division III program.
2. Experience with a selective, residential, Liberal Arts college
3. Experience with Strength & Conditioning related to women’s basketball
4. Experience with individual & small group basketball skills training
4. Experience with video editing
