Job Summary for the 2nd Assistant and 3rd Assistant: Assist the Head Coach in the organization, coaching, and administration of the St. Francis College NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball program. Also assist in the development of plans for games, practices, and out-of-season workouts. Produce end of season statistical analysis manual. Maintain and continue to develop social media pages for the Woman’s Basketball program. Work with the College’s Athletic Compliance area in all matters related to the program. Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach or the Director of Athletics.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities of the 2nd Assistant Coach:
· On-court position coach for perimeter wing and post players
· Serve as coordinator of the scouting program
· Responsible for production of all pre-game scouting materials
· Take a primary recruiting role under the direction of the recruiting coordinator
· Coordinate on campus recruiting
· Responsible for developing under-class recruiting list
· Coordinate the player development program with the College’s strength and conditioning director
· Academic liaison to the College’s academic advising area and the Registrar’s office
· Academic counselor to an assigned group
