Jefferson College is seeking a Head Women’s Basketball Coach/Student-Athlete Success Coordinator. As the Head Women’s Basketball Coach; direct, lead and oversee all coaching/instructing duties for the women’s basketball program, assuring compliance with all NJCAA, Region XVI, and MCCAC rules and regulations as well as Jefferson College policies and procedures. As the Student-Athlete Success Coordinator; provide a comprehensive support program for all student-athletes that will promote academic success, a positive athletic experience and overall personal growth.
