The Assistant Coach for Women’s Basketball supports the head coach with day-to-day operations of a competitive National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Women’s Basketball team at Frederick Community College and is supervised by the Assistant Director of Athletics. The Assistant Coach works under the guidance and direction of the Head Coach, Women’s Basketball, reports to and is evaluated by the Assistant Director of Athletics, works independently at times and as part of a team, and meets the travel demands of the athletic competition schedule.
