The Department of Athletics (Member of the MIAC and NCAA Division III) seeks experienced candidates to assist the head women’s basketball coach in all aspects of running a successful program. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: recruiting, practice plan development, individual and small group instruction, video analysis, large group instruction and individual meetings with both the head coach and individual student-athletes. The assistant coach will be expected to attend practices and games, travel with the team for away-competitions, and assist in areas of travel planning and program organization as assigned. Recruiting duties may include but are not limited to: scouting and evaluation, planning and executing campus visits, phone calls, emails, mailings and managing the recruiting database (Front Rush).
