Towson University is accepting applications for an Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach to assist the head coach with the daily instruction of the Women’s Basketball. Position assists with conducting practices, motivating students, and instructing student athletes in game strategies and techniques, recruiting, scouting as well as completing basic office responsibilities.

Description
Assist the head coach with instructing players in the rules, regulations, and techniques of the game of basketball program; assist in player development; conduct individual and small group workouts as directed by the head coach based on assigned position responsibility; assist the head coach with instructing athletes during practice and competition; serve as the liaison between the staff and the training room and the strength & conditioning coaches; schedule in these areas but will not be responsible for conducting any of the programming in these areas; assist with scouting reports; assist with recruiting at the direction of the recruiting coordinator, and participate in community service events/activities to enhance the greater Baltimore population.
