The Women’s Basketball Assistant Coach Intern reports to the Women’s Basketball Head Coach and will have a second report relative to the secondary duty of game management, outside of the basketball season. The primary tasks are to assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the program including: identifying and recruiting student athletes in concert with the academic mission of the University; planning and conducting practices; scouting opponents and developing game strategies; fundraising and community service activities; and game day responsibilities. The typical length of the intern position is two years, with a maximum of three years.

This position is allotted $12,000 annual salary plus benefits.
