The Volunteer Assistant Coach / Director of Basketball Operations oversees the daily operation, coordination, and marketing of internal and external community and volunteer events for the team. This person manages all aspects of database development for the coaching staff to include recruiting, alumni, camp, and community contacts with the women’s basketball program. Detailed event planning and co-creation of additional relationships in regards to program development are a high priority. In-game management of statistics is also a vital part to growing the high energy and marketable aspects of the program. On-court coaching opportunities are contingent upon experience.

This position includes team travel to games including Thanksgiving Tournament in Puerto Rico, recruiting reimbursement as needed, Under Armour team-issued apparel and allowance, WBCA membership and stipend option through clinic development. This position is also benefits from a dedication to helping grow and develop networking opportunities for potential candidates.
