Louisiana Tech University is seeking candidates for Director of Women’s Basketball Operations. Full-time, 12-month position. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Candidate must also have sound written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to athletic and academic success.

The Director of Operations is a non-coaching staff position that is responsible for assisting in administering the year-round activities of the women’s basketball program. The Director of Operations is responsible to the Head Coach in all matters related to the operation of the Louisiana Tech women’s basketball program. The Director’s responsibilities are restricted and defined by NCAA rules and guidelines.

Administrative duties include film exchange, team travel arrangements, budget regulations, compliance regulations, academic record maintenance, day-to-day office management, and other duties assigned by head coach.
