Under the direction of the Head Basketball Coach, the Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting with organizational duties and the development of training and practice schedules. Additional responsibilities include recruitment of qualified student-athletes within university and NCAA guidelines, and teaching, evaluating and refining sport specific skill development for student-athletes.
