Description:	Duties include year-round recruitment of prospective student-athletes, player development, practice and game coaching, monitoring the curricular and co-curricular progress of student athletes, participation in fundraising and community service projects, compliance with NCAA and North Atlantic Conference (NAC) rules, and willingness to support the philosophy of the school and conference. Bachelor’s degree as well as previous collegiate coaching/playing experience. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, successful experience with proactive student-athlete recruitment, commitment to academics and mission of LSC, a clear understanding of NCAA Division III and NAC rules and regulations, and a strong working knowledge of the sport’s skills and strategies. Must be available to travel and to work nights and weekends during the playing season. These are part-time positions; anticipated salary $8,000 for lacrosse, $11,000 for basketball.
